You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours without giving a reason.

btsupplynail will refund you no later than 14 days from the date we receive your cancellation information. We will use the same payment method as you used for the order and you will not incur any fees for that return.

You can initate a return purchased at btsupplynail.com within 14 business days of receiving an order by emailing tranviettuan88@gmail.com or calling/ texting 478-220-2361. A specialist will reach out to you with in 24 hours of your request to assist in processing your return.

We will charge a restocking fee of 20% of the order value if there is no error from the manufacturer’s end, and we will keep the credit in our system for your subsequent orders.

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping. We therefore commend a covered and trackable mail service (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, …)

We cannot issue refunds if we have not received the actual item or proof of return received.
